Demonstrates: Modulation of input signal using LED (semiconductor).
Description: A sin wave is put through a circuit containing an LED. The readout will only display the positive (or negative depending on how it's connected), parts of the wave, and will give a reading of 0 V for the rest.
Instructions: Setup a circuit using a resistor, and an LED.
Using a function generator, send a sin wave into circuit.
Measure the output using an oscilloscope.

Notes: Some LEDs will not work as they are made to be bi-directional, make sure the correct LED is chosen for circuit. Math Description:
